Installation prices for standard buildings. Lugarde
Our basic building installation package consists of:
| Unpacking the packages containing the building |
| Treating the end grain and joints with wood preserver |
| Laying out the building in a position to suit your requirements |
| Erecting the walls, the roof and installing the doors and windows |
| Fitting the roof covering |
| Laying the base beams and floors |
| Fitting all the trim |
| Fitting and adjusting the window and door fixings |
| Removal of all unwanted wood and rubbish created during the installation |
The quoted price is based on erection
to a level base with reasonable access. It is also based on up to a 1 hour drive
from the Dartford crossing on the M25 and may be increased depending on your
location. The cost of overnight accommodation may be added if the journey
is greater than 2 hours.
We will fix any problems due to our installation free of charge. However please note that we can not be held responsible for the manufactures damaged or faulty parts. Any additional trips required to finish work due to late delivery, missing, damaged or replacement parts will be charged at the daily rates.
Additional charges will be incurred for uneven and inaccessible sites and for extras not specified in your instructions which will increase the amount of work required.
